What type things are you listening to on a regular basis? Are you constantly criticizing yourself? Is someone else? Are you surrounded by negativity?

TOPS is full of friendly people that are on the same type of journey that you are. So right off the bat you'll have something in common. What a great start to a new friendship. ♥️

Its amazing how slow steady progress can add up to such big results over time.
Just start and then keep going. All those little steps in the right direction will put us on track to reaching our goals.

Our chapers favorite day of the week has arrived...
TUESDAY!
We love gathering together with our friends each week to support and encourage one another. Its a safe space where we can talk about our journey without judgment.
If that is the type of space that you might be interested in we'd love to have you join us. The first time you attend a meeting its completely free. Its a chance for you to come and get a feel for what our chapter is like and what TOPS Club Inc. is all about.

We meet every Tuesday at the
Grace Lutheran Church
312 Prospect St. Howell, MI 48843
Enter at the south end of the building and we're right down the hall. Follow the signs.
Weight-ins start at 9:15 am
Meeting starts at 10:00 am

Just start!
It doesn't matter if your plan doesn't work out exactly as you thought it would. It doesn't matter if you trip up or you fall off the wagon.
What actually matters is that you're honest with yourself and that you try again.
Then you KEEP trying, every single time you fall. No matter how long it takes for you to reach your goal. You CAN do this! We believe in YOU! ♥️
