A lot of relationships are on the edge right now.
I've noticed a real uptick with my clients over the past two months — like something is forcing a reckoning. Misaligned relationships are either finally doing the work to come together, or they're finding the courage to separate.
What most people don't know is that my work is deeply tied to relationship patterns — even though I've never advertised it that way. A client might come to me about their health, their career, their anxiety. But underneath? Often it's a toxic relationship driving everything else.
I'm not here to give advice. I'm not here to tell you who's wrong.
What I do is help people drop the unconscious conditioning that keeps them looping in the same painful dynamics — often after a single session.
What I witness isn't always resolution in the conventional sense. It's something quieter and more powerful than that: people making aligned decisions. And actually trusting themselves enough to act on them.

Our invisible patterns are running the show🤯
Many think burnout is a result of circumstance😵‍💫
The empowered individual will ask, how did I get burnt? And how do I keep myself from getting here again?
A simple mindful pause can be all it takes to interrupt the lifelong patterns that lead us to a similar destination again and again.
Or course my sessions on offer are very effective at helping drop these invisible patterns and overcome burnout, overwhelm and all that crud... just reach out;)

This is a big life update for me and im hopeful can also act as and inspiring message to my fellow humans who experience chronic health/ pain issues.
I believe I have EDS or Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder after many years of confusion and randomness to my symptoms. Through this lens everything ive experienced my whole life makes sense.
While there is a part of me that has always looked beyond diagnosis, studying these syndromes has helped me make sense of so much of my body's behavior.
I am coming to this clarity after going through a month or more of major dysfunction. as challenging as my psychical limitations and discomfort are now...I have a path forward and am very grateful for this🙏
I regularly work with people with in the mysterious chronic illness/pain category. It takes a toll not only psychologically, but mentally and emotionally as well. If you need support, I am here❤️

You're pouring into everything and everyone —
but when's the last time you poured into yourself?
Feeling better requires investment.
Time. Money. Effort. Attention. Intention.
And yes, there will always be distractions.
But nothing changes until you become the priority.
It starts with you. Full stop.

Physical healing cannot be separated from mental and emotional healing.

When only the physical symptom is treated, the root cause doesn't disappear — it gets suppressed and stored. And stored things have a way of finding their way back.

Suppression might be the fastest, least painful route to relief in some cases... But most people, if they knew they'd be meeting that same root cause again somewhere down the road, would want a different option.

That's what my work is about.

Releasing what's been stored. Unlearning the patterns that kept it there. Physically, mentally, emotionally — all three.

When that starts to happen? Mental clarity comes back. Emotions stop feeling stuck in the past and start moving with the present. And the body — given time — begins to heal in ways that actually hold.
