Hey everyone! I’m excited to be offering two new options for my online Shamanic IFS Healing Circle: either July 10th or 22nd. These Healing Circles combine the power of IFS with the power of shamanic practices in small groups. Each circle will include guided meditation, parts mapping, an embodied group sculpting, and a shamanic journey. These practices have helped me so much in my own healing and evolution and I love facilitating them for others.
About me: I am a L3 IFS Practitioner, a Shamanic Practitioner, a Systemic Family Constellations facilitator, and former psychiatrist.

Getting Unstuck: A 6-week Shamanic IFS Healing Circle with Sandy Phoenix

Have you done deep inner work… and still feel stuck?

In this 6-week healing circle, we’ll work gently and powerfully with these inner dynamics using Internal Family Systems (IFS), shamanic practices, and embodied group constellations.

Both shamanic practices and Internal Family Systems have helped me to heal deeply, as well as open and connect spiritually in ways that transformed my life. I love sharing these practices in healing circles - and there is still space in my next short deep dive this Sunday, October 5th in Winston-Salem!

This half-day Shamanic IFS Healing Circle is experiential and includes guided meditation, parts mapping, an embodied group sculpting, and a shamanic journey. When we do this work in a group, witnessing and sharing with others, it greatly empowers our own work as well as building like-minded community.
