But what if you could go deeper by taking that work into a sacred circle where you could also be held by nature and spirit and community? That is what we explore in my shamanic IFS healing circles through parts mapping, shamanic journeying, embodied practices, and group sharing.
This is a space to explore what is percolating within you, perhaps to soften what has kept you stuck.

I’m excited to be offering two new options for my online Shamanic IFS Healing Circle: either September 4th or 11th. (I’ve also made them a bit longer!) These Healing Circles combine the power of IFS with the power of shamanic practices in small groups. Each circle will include guided meditation, parts mapping, an embodied group sculpting, and a shamanic journey. These practices have helped me so much in my own healing and evolution and I love facilitating them for others.
(Also coming soon...a 6-week Shamanic IFS Healing Circle!)
About me: I am a L3 IFS Practitioner, a Shamanic Practitioner, a Systemic Family Constellations facilitator, and former psychiatrist.
