A little summer highlight! 🧡 We loved being part of this special visit to Horizon Day Camp and seeing the incredible support they provide to children with cancer and their families. So grateful to be part of such a meaningful day! 🌟

Our Community Benefit team recently visited Horizon Day Camp-Baltimore to see the joy and support they bring to children with cancer and their families.

Thanks to Horizon’s dedicated team, campers can experience the magic of summer camp in a safe, supportive environment at no cost to their families.

We were also pleased to have Autumn Lake Healthcare join us for the visit as we celebrated the power of community and the impact this special camp has on local families.

Thank you to the campers, counselors, staff, and volunteers for such a warm welcome!

Largest baseball (ball) sentence ⚾ 1,116 balls by Autumn Lake Healthcare 🇺🇸

This record attempt took place to recognize the company’s employees, with every baseball representing their caregivers and residents and celebrated the launch of their Keep Good Going Foundation. The baseballs were displayed at the grounds of their partners, Baltimore Orioles baseball team. “Every baseball represents the dedicated caregivers, compassionate teams, and residents who inspire us every day.”
