I am considering resuming yoga classes on a more regular basis. I am looking at every other Tuesday evening (6:45-7:30) and possibly a meditation/relaxation class once a month. Please, let me know if you’d be interested in this.

RSVP NECESSARY (let us know if you need a mat and blocks, payment (cash or Venmo), any food allergies and pregnancy)

We will come together for about 45 minutes of yoga, a gentle flow, accompanied by sound bath. When the yoga practice is finished we will rest comfortably for another 45 minutes or so of sound bath. When this is all finished there will be refreshments: tea, fruit infused water, snacks and some good company before you are on your way!
