I recently had a new patient come in that was on 90 supplements. 90. Because they were recommended by another practitioner. She obviously still felt horrible.

🫜Red Beet Salad Recipe 👇🏼

2 cups cooked beets chopped

¼ cup crumbled feta cheese vegetarian/rennet-free if necessary

¼ cup fresh parsley chopped

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons white vinegar

2 tablespoons lemon juice fresh or bottled

½ teaspoon garlic powder

1 pinch salt

1 pinch ground black pepper
