Find a bee therapy experience near you. Seriously.

Last night Thaddeus took me on a date to meditate on a beehive.

And while this has absolutely nothing to do with Dreamwalkerz… it also has everything to do with Dreamwalkerz.

This is how we stay inspired.

We go on adventures. We try strange and beautiful new things. We meet interesting people. We get outside of our normal routine. And we come home refreshed, happy, and excited to get back to serving the people who trust us with their orders.

Because Dreamwalkerz isn’t some giant faceless company. It’s us. A family. Real humans answering your emails, packing your orders, fixing things when something goes wrong, and actually caring about your experience.

And I have to say, I’m incredibly proud of the customer service we give our Dreamwalkerz community. Don’t take my word for it. Go read the reviews.

Then go find yourself a beehive to meditate on.

10/10 date night.

You don’t have to be a fair-weather friend to the sun.

You can be an ALL-weather friend.

Day 9 of our 21 Day Sunrise Challenge and Thaddeus + I are out hiking in the rain because your circadian rhythm doesn’t take rainy days off.

Cloudy. Rainy. Gray. Cold.

GET OUTSIDE.

Morning outdoor light still matters. Time in nature still matters. And those consistent mornings can make a big difference in how your days and nights begin to feel.

See you outside.

Day 5 and Thaddeus is bringing us indoors

to talk a little more about how blue blocking glasses can help protect your eyes and support your circadian rhythm once the sun goes down.

And tomorrow is a good one.

On Day 6, those of you following the challenge will get an inspiring story in your inbox from one of our fellow sun chasers and how she used morning sunlight and blue blocking glasses as part of her health journey. It’s powerful.

Not signed up yet? Go to our pinned Sunrise Challenge post and join us. You can jump in anytime.

See you all at sunrise tomorrow.

DAY 5: Add blue blocking glasses to your circadian toolbox

Want to join us? Comment SUNRISE on our pinned 21 Day Sunrise Challenge post and we’ll send you the challenge, links, education, and daily encouragement straight to your inbox.

You’re already building the habit of getting outside into morning sunlight every single day. Non-negotiable.

Now we’re adding another layer: understanding why blue blocking glasses at night can be such a helpful tool for supporting your circadian rhythm and protecting that morning light signal you’re working so hard to build.

And stay tuned for tomorrow. We’ve got a really cool story about someone who used morning sunrise and blue blocking glasses as part of completely changing her health and weight journey.

Keep going, everybody. You’re doing it.

Keep up the good work, everybody.

We want to hear from you.

What are you experiencing so far?

Are you noticing any little shifts in your mornings, your energy, your mood, or even how the rest of your day unfolds?

Tell us in the comments. We LOVE hearing what’s happening for you.

And keep showing up, because tomorrow we’ve got something special planned for you.

See you at sunrise.

Your body was never meant to wake up to a screen.

Before alarm clocks, notifications, and artificial light, we had the sun.

And somewhere along the way, I think many of us forgot how sacred that connection can feel.

A cup of tea. Morning light on your skin. A few quiet minutes while the world wakes up around you.

One woman in our challenge wrote that she noticed an

“immense difference in mental clarity and motivation.”

Then on the morning she slept more than an hour past sunrise,

she said she woke up feeling groggy and blah.

That’s what I find so fascinating about this practice.

We are diurnal beings. Our bodies are constantly responding to the daily cycle of light and dark, sunrise and sunset, again and again.

And sometimes reconnecting with our rhythm can feel like reconnecting with something much bigger than ourselves.

What are YOU noticing in your morning sunlight?

I want to hear it. Tell us below.
