This year has been wild in the best possible way... 🤍

🎉 Dreamwalkerz turned ONE!

5 years ago… here we are getting ready for a “shiver walk” ❄️

I actually mentioned shiver walks recently on the Alex Clark podcast release. This is one of the ways we cold adapt here in Western Wisconsin during the early winter months… October, November, and honestly sometimes all the way into January and February.

Thaddeus wrote a book called *The Ketogenic Hibernation Diet* but the deeper message of the book is really about LIGHT ☀️

Sunlight, darkness, circadian rhythm, cold, and reconnecting to the environment humans evolved in.

Funny moment from our trip to the Meatstock in Gatlinburg…

We’re with Holistic Hilda, true OG of the ancestral world. She spends a lot of time in nature it literally shapes how she sees things.

She had already found this trail and was guiding us there…
We’re driving through the forest and she goes,
“Oh! The Mother Nature trail!” 🌿

We all look…
The sign said **“Motor Nature”** 😂

But her eyes default to *Mother*, not motor.

And honestly… that says everything.

Nature brings us back into harmony.
Wind, water, crickets, music… it shifts the brain into calm, creative theta and alpha brain waves

Most people live in constant beta… the *slave wave*.
Always on. Always reacting. Screens, news, noise.

So what did we do?

Pulled over.
Turned it into a Mother Nature moment.
Stream. Laughter. Fresh air. Free electrons …batteries restored 🥰

Spontaneous sweetness.
