Mullein tea is known for rapid relief of respiratory issues, such as asthma and bronchitis, due to its expectorant and anti-inflammatory properties. Mullein also aids to relieve osteoarthritis and other inflammatory issues and has been used topically for centuries on skin irritation, burns, eczema, etc. and as drops for ear infection.

Mullein Tea is in my top 5 to fight viral and bacterial infections and it is one of my favorite herbs to recommend for opening the lungs.

RESILIENCE DURING RENEWAL
