A reminder and update of policy:

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. 24 hours notice is required to cancel appointments without a fee. The missed appointment/late cancellation fee is $50. Effective October 1, 2026 the fee is 100% of the appointment price. If you have a pre-paid package the missed appointment will be counted as a redeemed session. Please call or text 612 638 7981 to cancel with less than 24 hours notice. Emergency cancellations are determined at the practitioner’s discretion.
