Flow-HiiT-Restore is a 60-minute fusion class launching this Wednesday at 5:30pm.
Expect 30 minutes of yoga flow, 20 minutes of HIIT heart pumping work, and 10 minutes of savasana to close it all out.
Challenge your body and calm your mind.
