I wanted to share this because it’s a very real example of how connecting with our loved ones in Spirit isn’t always easy or predictable.

Four weeks ago, I filmed the first part of what was supposed to be a reel where I asked my dad to send me a very specific sign: a heron with a star.

A few days passed, and nothing happened.

I continued to ask him, both in my mind and out loud, using the same tools and practices that I teach my clients.

And now, four weeks later... still no heron with a star.

But during that time, I did receive a few other signs from my dad.

And sometimes, this is just the way it goes.

Learning how to form a new relationship with our loved ones after they have passed is not always linear. Sometimes we don’t receive the response we were hoping for, in the way we were hoping to receive it.

That doesn’t mean our loved ones aren’t with us or that connection isn’t possible.

I wanted to share this because if you’ve experienced frustration, disappointment, or doubt while trying to connect with someone you love, you are not alone.

Be gentle with yourself and the process. ❤️

This month, I had to say goodbye to my childhood home.

I lived through so much in that house, and it holds so many beautiful memories, especially memories of my dad.

Knowing I would have to say goodbye brought up a lot of grief for me. There was so much to process, and I found myself wanting to honor the closing of this chapter in a meaningful way.

So I turned to one of my favorite practices: creating a ritual.

I did a simple ritual to honor the home, the memories, the people I loved, and everything this space has held for me.

Creating my own rituals is something I love deeply, and it has become an important part of how I connect with Spirit and move through the transitions in my life.

There is something really powerful about intentionally marking the transitions in our lives.

I’m sending love to anyone experiencing grief in any form. 🤍

I hope this inspires you to create your own ritual when you find yourself moving through a transition, an ending, or a moment that deserves to be honored.

I truly believe that.

While mediums can offer beautiful healing and support, I also believe we all have the ability to build our own relationship with the people we love in Spirit.

This is the place I go in meditation when I want to connect with my dad, who is in Spirit. ❤️

This was one of my favorite childhood homes, and I always felt deeply connected to Spirit when I was there. Because of that, it became a natural meeting place for me and my dad after his passing.

I wanted to share this because creating a specific meeting place can be a beautiful and simple way to strengthen your own connection with someone in Spirit.

When you return to the same place in meditation each time, you don’t have to spend as much energy figuring out where or how to connect. You can simply arrive, settle in, and begin.

Over time, that consistency can help you build a deeper sense of familiarity and connection.

Come along for a day in the life of two mediums on tour! ✨

This time, we were exploring Tarrytown and Rye, NY, spending the day grounding in nature before heading to the most beautiful sold-out event at The Wainwright House.

We are so grateful to everyone who came out and helped make this weekend so special. ❤️

Your loved ones hear you. ❤️

One of the most common things that happens during my readings is a client asking me to tell their loved one something on the other side.

I always pause to remind them that they don’t need a medium to do that.

You are more connected to your loved ones than any medium could ever be. If you want to tell them something, they can hear you.

You can speak to them out loud, write them a letter, or simply talk to them in your mind. The method doesn’t matter.

As long as that intention is there, your loved one will receive it.

If a medium ever tells you that you need them to communicate with your loved one, I’d probably suggest running in the other direction. 😂

If you’ve never tried talking to your loved one directly, I encourage you to give it a try. It can become a deeply meaningful practice and a beautiful way to nurture your relationship with them.
