want to start off saying that I went through a emotional 3 year Journey. When my kids graduated from high school in 2017. That's when I had to start a journey of self-care, so I looked deep inside myself for a hobby because I didn't have any more children to raise. So I got into powerlifting and weight loss and became a trainer. With consistent and determination and willingness. At 50 years old, I have won local/state and world records. Thanks to my amazing coaches Jay Owens and beastmode2500mg and Nitra Hammonds and Shamell Spivey for bring me to eat. I love my beast mode team.
If you want to powerlift at 50 year old they will get you right. Currently I have One State Championship, One National Championship and One World Record IPA
