Once a year we host a free circle and as always it’s open to any women who desires a space to be seen, nurtured and build connection ❤️

During a women’s circle we:
🌸 relax: breath work, gentle movement and meditation
🌸 discover: journal + partner work
🌸 connect: guided group discussion

Registration opens up in July with limited spots to keep it intentional and connective ❤️
