43 babies, 7 sessions, 3 days. I am so beyond grateful to these parents and their babies, I feel emotional every time I think about the generosity and openness. It was so wonderful to meet all these families and hear their stories and share in their healing journeys.

“I rose up to my hands and knees and not two waves later I realized I was pushing! I dropped to my side and with the next wave I felt his head crowning! When my husband and doula realized what was happening, they called the team in – I heard them scrambling behind me (everything happened so fast there was no time to switch Hypnobabies tracks). Another push and I was at full stretch but felt the need to pause and felt my midwife supporting my perineum (I credit my pause and her efforts for not having any tears!), then another push and his head was out, one more pause, one more push and his whole body followed.
