Everyone wants more freedom and flexibility working for themselves but no one talks about the lonely battle you face. The quiet but loud moments you have so much to do and don’t know where to start.

Realizing you made your dream come true to work when you want where you want but miss the face to face, human touch that inspired your journey to begin with.

Constantly wondering if you are doing enough, your best and absolutely your toughest critic. I invested in an office before my business was launched. I am that crazy girl that was going to make it happen no matter what.

Every time, the voice inside me questioned my ability to succeed, I shut it down and remembered that if I could get through nursing - I could do ANYTHING.

So to my offices that sometimes felt lonely, cold & expensive, thank you for giving me a safe space to learn, grow, and build.

Thank you for allowing me to reset and refocus when I needed.

If you are on your business journey you got this. My best advice is to make time for your health, family and things that make you happy. Time block work and make your hours/days count. You got this!

2025 is forever the year I reclaimed my love for Jesus, finally launched my app, married the love of my life three times, got Zumba certified, went on multiple cruises… and also learned some of the hardest lessons of my life.

It was a year of growth, healing, stretching, and really meeting myself where I was. A year that asked me to slow down, be honest, and realign my heart, my habits, and my priorities.

This video shows the highlight reel but behind the beautiful moments were seasons that felt heavy, confusing, and humbling. I struggled in my relationships, in my health, and in my business. I fell back into old habits I had outgrown. I took time away, unplugged, and got quiet so I could really listen to what my heart and spirit needed.

And with that came so much clarity.
Clarity about who I’m becoming.
Clarity about what I’m choosing to protect.
Clarity about what truly matters.

I’m stepping into this next season softer, wiser, and more intentional and excited to share, teach, and create from a place that feels aligned, peaceful, and true to me.

Wishing you a year full of love, health, peace, joy, and so many beautiful moments.
