Our breath is one of the most powerful tools we have for overcoming stress, and fear. Your mind is far more powerful than you give yourself credit for. New Moon 🌙 in Aquarius

Today at 4:42pm ET our first new moon of the year and decade is coming in high vibing. New moons are a time of planting seeds, and allowing new beginnings to take place. With this being the first of the year and decade energies are extra heightened. Changes are in the air right now. It’s nothing to fear, but rather be open and curious about. It is our intentions, desires, and what is of the highest good that is bringing about these changes. I am hearing “clearing the chaos”. This new moon is going to help clear away the baggage from our past trials. We are collectively raising consciousness, integrating past lessons, and shifting paradigms right now. Hang in, this energy will help push us to the other side so to speak.

Aquarius is an air sign and we can expect “to clear the air”. What was once stagnant will now be cleared so you can move forward. Old and outdated ways of thinking are clearing out. I feel that some of you will be pushed to communicate what’s on your heart. Old disagreements or fall outs could come to a resolution or closure for some. New connections, circles, and communities are forming and taking off as well. You may feel pushed to reach out to an old friend, or strike up a conversation with someone new. Either way let your heart’s wisdom speak to you, and let your mouth follow it’s lead. Make that call, send that text, or write that letter. You never know what kind of miracle seed you could be planting by doing so.

Aquarius can be a wild card sign as well, so you can “expect the unexpected”. New energy of motivation, inspiration, leadership, and miracles are “in the air” as well. This is a time to DREAM BIG. How bad do you want a life that truly brings you purpose and joy? This is a time to keep your heart OPEN, and set your intentions. You are more than supported, and you are more than ready to head into the arena of your dreams and Co-Create a life beyond your wildest imagination. Lean into your desires, open up your heart, and dream big! Now is the time!

It is a new year, new decade, new month and on Friday the 24th 5:30pm we have a new moon in the sign of Aquarius! Join Tiann for a manifestation meditation. She will hold space for you to open your heart, set your intentions, visualize, and feel your way to the magic that is in store for you. New moons are a time of new beginnings and calling in that which you desire. With it also being the first one of the year and decade the magical new beginning energies will be heightened. This is a powerful time to dream BIG. The universe has your back. The universe is on your side. Do you trust that? Can you give yourself permission to open up to the abundant possibilities waiting for you? You are never too young, or too old to dream big and become who you came here to be.

Reiki (Pronounced ray-key) is a Japanese style of energy healing for the purpose of stress relief and relaxation. With intention the practitioner acts as a channel for the Universal Life Force to flow through their hands which allows the recipient to relax the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies so that it may heal itself through its own wisdom.
