How to best prepare for your Colon Hydrotherapy Session.

1) No food 3 hours prior to appointment.

2)hydrate your body by drinking 1/2 your body weight in ounces. If you way 140lbs, drink 70 ounces of water.

3) Constipated? Add 2-3 tablespoons of mineral oil to 8 ounces of orange juice and drink it each evening for 2-3 days prior to your appointment.
