Most people don’t realize how many chemicals they’re exposed to before breakfast. From food dyes and artificial sweeteners to fragrance, air fresheners, and harsh cleaners… it adds up fast.

You don’t have to change everything overnight, but small swaps matter. Start reading labels. Open the windows. Simplify what comes into your home.

One of my favorite easy changes was switching to Thieves Cleaner years ago. One bottle replaces almost everything in my house and smells better too. 🌿
