🚨IMPORTANT UPDATE! 🚨

Our Charleston office has moved down to the 1st floor of the Day Surgery Center.

Starting tomorrow, May 1st, new patients and follow ups will go to Suite 101 on the 1st floor. We have temporary signs hanging up to direct everyone!

Patients getting procedures will continue to go to the 4th floor.

What should you bring to your new patient appointment at Pain Management 360?

- Photo ID
- Insurance
- List of imaging you’ve had done and where it was done (bonus points if you bring imaging on a disc)
- List of any previous surgeries
- List of all your current medication (dosage and frequency)

Don’t forget to sign up for your Athena portal account! The portal allows you to:

- Message your provider
- Access your records
- View your upcoming appointments
- Send images to your provider
- Request refills

All you need is an email and a password.. it’s as simple as that!

Visit your portal, make payments online, contact your provider via the free athenaPatient app, and get answers to frequently asked questions by patients.
