✨ A New Chapter for Ascend School of Esthetics & Nail Design ✨
After much reflection and prayer, I have made the decision to close Ascend School of Esthetics & Nail Design and discontinue enrollment for new students.
Over the next several months, our focus will be on helping our current students successfully complete their programs and cross the finish line. We look forward to celebrating their achievements with a graduation ceremony that honors the students, supporters, and community who have been part of Ascend's journey.
Operating a beauty school has been an incredible learning experience and a true labor of love. It has given me the opportunity to educate future beauty professionals, build meaningful relationships, and contribute to an industry that I care deeply about.
As I've grown both personally and professionally, I've gained a greater understanding of how I work best and where my strengths are most naturally expressed. I've realized that I thrive in environments that allow for creativity, flexibility, personal connection, and variety. At this stage of my life, returning to the role of service provider and independent entrepreneur is a better fit for the lifestyle I want to create and the time I want to spend with my family.
One of the greatest gifts of entrepreneurship is the freedom to evolve. Sometimes the best business decisions come from recognizing when it is time to simplify, refocus, and align your work with the life you want to live.
I am incredibly grateful for every student, client, instructor, mentor, supporter, family member, and friend who has encouraged and supported Ascend along the way. The impact of this school extends far beyond the classroom, and I am proud of what we have accomplished together.
As we finish this chapter strong, I would love for the community to continue supporting our students through services on our spa floor. Every appointment helps our students gain valuable hands-on experience as they prepare for successful careers in the beauty industry.
