**We are excited to announce that we are launching Direct Primary Care (DPC) with Mary Vaughn!**
Direct Primary Care is a healthcare model that removes the middleman—insurance—so we can focus on what matters most: **you**. Instead of rushing through appointments, DPC allows us to provide more personalized, relationship-based care with easier access to your healthcare team. It also gives us the opportunity to focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of illness, rather than simply treating symptoms, while emphasizing prevention, wellness, and long-term health.
As a DPC member, you'll enjoy benefits such as:
* A direct line of communication with your provider.
* Same-day or next-day appointments whenever possible.
* Longer, more personalized visits.
* A focus on prevention, wellness, and helping you stay healthy—not just treating illness.
* Convenient access to your provider without the barriers of traditional healthcare.
* **All membership fees and eligible medical expenses can be paid using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), making it even easier to invest in your health.**
As we begin building our DPC community, the **first 200 patients** will have the opportunity to enroll for **$75 per month**. Once those 200 memberships are filled, enrollment at that introductory rate will close.
We are incredibly excited about this model because it allows us to spend more time with each patient, build stronger relationships, and deliver the personalized, root-cause-focused healthcare we believe every patient deserves.

We recognize that every patient has different healthcare needs. For those who only require occasional medical care, we also offer Visit-Based Care.
Our Visit-Based Care option includes a comprehensive, patient-centered office visit for $100. During your appointment, we’ll take the time to address your current healthcare needs, which may include reviewing and managing chronic medical conditions, medication refills when appropriate, preventive care, and other primary care concerns discussed during your visit.
Visit-Based Care is designed for patients who prefer to receive care as needed rather than through an ongoing membership. Because this model is centered around individual appointments, any new symptoms, new concerns, medication changes, or additional healthcare needs that arise after your visit will require a follow-up appointment so we can give each concern the time and attention it deserves.
When appropriate, telehealth appointments may also be available for certain concerns. Standard visit fees apply for patients who are not enrolled in Direct Primary Care, and appointment availability may vary.
Whether you choose Visit-Based Care or our Direct Primary Care membership, our commitment remains the same—to provide compassionate, personalized, high-quality care focused on helping you achieve your best health.
