For the man who’s tired of repeating the same cycle with his health, his drinking, and his faith.

Over the last several months, I’ve been working on something built on many of the same principles we’ve always believed in at Six20 Strength: consistency, accountability, community, and showing up day after day.

It’s called Sober Strength.

A faith-based, app-driven program and community built around three things:

Faith.
Strength.
Accountability.

The goal isn’t simply to stop drinking. It’s rebuilding the man underneath the drinking through daily scripture, fitness, and the support of other men. Stronger in faith, stronger in body, and more present for the people who matter most.

…Because that’s what helped me.

We’re still putting the finishing touches on it, but launch is getting close.

We’re expanding the schedule to give more people a chance to train consistently and build real strength.

NEW CLASS TIMES:
• 5:15AM — M/W/F
• 6:00AM — M/W/F
• 5:15PM — M/W

Only Muscle is built around strength-focused training through a variety of movement patterns and functional lifts including:
→ KB swings
→ Landmine press
→ Deadlifts
→ Carries
→ Accessory work for arms & shoulders
→ Core + conditioning work

Programming changes monthly to keep training fresh while making sure you’re progressing, getting stronger, and continuing toward your goals.

Really good turnout for Murph this morning. We had 20+ people show up and put in the work together.

Huge thank you to everyone who ran, lifted, scaled, partnered, and pushed through it together. Murph is never easy, but that’s kind of the point.

Big thanks to Reno County SWAT for coming out and bringing the BearCat out for part of the workout. Definitely made the day memorable and we appreciate the support and partnership.

Also big shout out to C Adam Wooten and Sweet Cakes for their donation of protein treats and water!

Great way to spend Memorial Day, honoring those who have made the ultimate sacrifice, with a strong community around us. 🇺🇸
