Aveyron Homes would like to nominate Brigitte W. for Staff of the Quarter. Brigitte consistently comes to work with a positive attitude and is always willing to help wherever she is needed. She regularly picks up shifts at multiple sites and has been a huge support when we’ve had staffing shortages. Even when Brigitte is already working at another site, she has stepped up to help cover call-ins and has gone above and beyond to ensure shifts are covered. Her flexibility, reliability, and willingness to support both her coworkers and the individuals we serve do not go unnoticed. What a great afternoon we had yesterday! Our annual Aveyron BBQ brought everyone together for an afternoon full of delicious food, laughter, and friendly competition! Clients and staff enjoyed games like bean bags, giant jenga, yard dice and cards while spending time with friends and staff. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a fun and successful event - we’re already looking forward to next year!
