It’s Nurses Week—and I’m just going to say it…
Nurses are an absolute force.
You walk into chaos and bring calm.
You carry knowledge, instinct, and heart all at once. You advocate when others can’t.
You see people at their most vulnerable—and show up anyway. Every single time!
You don’t just pass meds or chart vitals.
You read the room.
You catch what others miss.
You hold hands, steady families, and sometimes carry the emotional weight no one else sees.
You are grit and grace in human form.
Compassion with boundaries.
Strength that shows up quietly, but powerfully, day after day.
So this week—and honestly, every week—
Thank you for the lives you impact, the dignity you protect, and the care you give when it matters most.
To the nurses out there:
You are seen. You are valued. And you make a difference that cannot be measured.
