I found this little creature the other day and had no clue what it was. It was completely still! Eventually, it looked like it had passed away in a prayer-like position.

But it wasn’t dead. It was just the empty shell.

This was a nymph that broke open, transformed into a large dragonfly, and came to land right on my shoulder. 🕊️

It made me think of how often we mistake our own stillness or heavy, quiet moments for being stuck. Sometimes, the pause isn't the end, it's just our system preparing to shed the old layers that no longer belong to us. We have to let the old shell go so we can finally make room for our next self to emerge.

If your body is tired of carrying the weight of the old shell, this is your permission to let go.

Come exactly as you are, and let’s breathe together.
