We are committed to keeping quality care affordable and accessible for our community.

Beginning June 30, 2026, cash pay patients seen at our rural health clinics will have an office visit rate of $65. This includes the office visit only. Any additional services, such as labs, injections, or other ancillary services, will be charged separately.
