Something I find really interesting about sound…

is that your body responds to it whether you’re trying to or not.

You don’t have to “believe” in it.
You don’t have to understand it.

Your nervous system just… reacts.

And sometimes that looks like deep relaxation.
Sometimes it looks like emotion moving.
Sometimes it’s just a quiet stillness.

There’s no right experience.

But there is usually a shift.

And it happens without force.

I almost talked myself out of what I already know works.

For years, I’ve invested in learning…
trying new things…
looking for the *next* tool that would finally make me feel ready.

And getting ready for this conference, I caught myself doing it again.

Thinking I needed to add more.
Be more.
Prove more.

But something shifted.

I realized…
some of the most powerful things I’ve ever experienced—
I already have.

Simple, present, intentional touch.
Holding space for someone to just *be*.
Letting the body soften.
Letting the mind finally quiet.

And Access Bars…
every time I come back to it, I remember how much it changes things.

Not in a forceful way.
In a way that lets your system exhale.

So instead of overcomplicating this…

I’m keeping it simple.

I’ll be offering **15–20 minute mini sessions** at the conference.

A space to:
• quiet your mind
• relax your body
• experience something different

Even in a busy room.

No pressure.
No expectations.
Just an invitation to be open to what’s possible.

If you’re someone who has a hard time “shutting your mind off”…

a sound bath might actually surprise you.

Because you’re not being asked to clear your thoughts
or do anything a certain way.

The sound gives your mind something to rest into.

And your body starts to follow.

I’ve noticed that even people who feel like they can’t relax…
eventually settle into it.

Not all at once.

But gradually.

Like their system is remembering something it forgot.

I’ve been quietly getting things ready for the conference…

And it’s interesting—
there’s still a part of me that wonders if I’m doing it “right.”

But every time I think about changing things or adding more…

I come back to the same place:

What actually helps people
isn’t how much I do.

It’s how safe they feel.

So I’m keeping it simple.

And trusting that.
