It's difficult to function some days with the stresses that we all feel from work, physical ailments, or even family and I love being able to help people come back and function at their best. At PMT all body work is based on what you want to be your focus, whether relaxation or rehabilitative. This means pressure (light to deep) and therapeutic modalities are adjusted to your needs and preferences. These modalities could also incorporate cupping, hot/cold stones, and warm towels. This is all done in a calm relaxing environment where you can take care of yourself.
