Only the best kind of drugs though haha! But in all honesty, I think sometimes people forget that getting injectables is a medical treatment and needs to be done by a medical professional. While I do work in the "beauty industry," I am also a trained Nurse Practitioner and take all of my treatments very seriously.

The treatments I do in office are only a piece to the puzzle. What you do in between visits is actually about 80% of your results. Things that help to maintain your skin at home can include:

~Good quality skincare products

~Daily SPF and limit sun exposure

~No sleeping in make up

~Proper Hydration

~Quality sleep

~Good Nutrition

~Avoid smoking/vaping and limit alcohol intake

~Daily Exercise

Taking care of your skin at home is equivalent to brushing your teeth daily in between cleanings.
