**What inspired you to become a caregiver?**

“I first started thinking about caregiving because of my youngest son. I wanted to have a better understanding of the job in case he ever needs assistance when he gets older. When I went to the job fair and met Cortney, she really sealed the deal for me! It sounded like something I would truly enjoy and a great opportunity to help others.”

**What is one thing you love most about your job?**

“The thing I love most about my job is something you hear all the time—**making a connection.** I love being able to build bonds with my clients and be someone they know they can talk to and trust.”

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and to honor the incredible bravery of the firefighters, police officers, paramedics, first responders, and everyday heroes who ran toward danger to help others.

25 years later, we still remember the families whose lives were forever changed, the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice, and the strength our country showed in the days that followed.

Today is a reminder to hold your loved ones a little tighter, say “I love you” a little more often, and never take a single moment for granted. ❤️
