Your new morning obsession β˜•οΈπŸ―βœ¨

Honey cinnamon latte with 23g+ protein 🀝

Ingredients:
β€’ 2 shots espresso
β€’ 1 tbsp honey
β€’ 1 serving grass-fed collagen
β€’ Cinnamon (optional but highly recommended)
β€’ 1/2 cup favorite milk β€” I used organic Protein Plus milk
β€’ Ice

Directions:
Mix honey + collagen into warm espresso until smooth (a frother makes it extra creamy). Add cinnamon, milk, and ice. Simple and so good.

Lamb salad bowl

Juicy, spiced lamb meatballs made with chopped red onion, parsley, garlic powder, salt, cayenne & paprika. Optional: add sumac! Mix everything, form into meatballs, and pan-cook until golden, turning as they brown on all sides.

Build your bowl:
β€’ chopped romaine
β€’ roasted, raw, or sautΓ©ed red bell peppers
β€’ organic rice
β€’ fresh parsley
β€’ lamb meatballs
β€’ avocado
β€’ optional feta

Drizzle everything with a simple dressing of olive oil, fresh lemon juice & sea salt.

Fresh, high-protein, and perfect for an easy weeknight meal, lunch or meal prep the meatballs.

Easy miso cod bowls ✨🐟

One of those meals that feels fancy but takes almost no effort. High protein, simple ingredients, and SO good.

Ingredients:
β€’ 2 wild cod fillets
β€’ 2 tbsp white miso paste
β€’ splash of soy sauce
β€’ splash of rice vinegar
β€’ fresh chopped garlic

Directions:

1. Mix together miso paste, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic.
2. Spread over the cod fillets.
3. Bake at 400Β°F for ~10–12 minutes for fillets (about 1-inch thick)
4. Serve with rice + your favorite veggies or cucumber salad.

Optional but next time I will broil for 1-2 minutes at the end to get that caramelized, slightly golden top πŸ˜‹

Most of the time I meal prep an egg bake or soft boiled eggs. If I haven’t done that, then this is an easy go to.
