On behalf of all the staff at Mohawk Valley, we truly want to thank you for everything you have done. We are incredibly grateful for the team you have helped create, the support you have given, and all of the memories we have made along the way.

Your presence, leadership, and dedication have made a lasting impact on all of us. While we are sad to see you go, we are excited for you as you begin this new chapter.

Testimonial Tuesday:

Admission Director: Chanelle has been phenomenal to me since day one of my stay. She listens, and when I need something, she is always there to get it for me despite it not being her job. She goes above and beyond.
Nursing staff: Very kind and sweet. Made sure I was very comfortable and does my treatments on time without question. They always ask what is needed even when they weren’t my assigned aides for the day
very gentle, sweet, and understanding.
Physical Therapy Department: has been awesome/Outstanding . Despite me rushing to get back home, they have been patient with me. I feel like I’ve accomplished so much here.
Thank you all for the excellent care.
