If this golden retriever can hold SIX tennis balls in his mouth, you can definitely handle your Wednesday. 😄🎾

We love this world‑record pup because he reminds us of so many leaders we work with: juggling a lot, trying not to drop anything, and still doing their best to keep a smile on their face.

At Move Mountains, we help executives and teams get clear on which balls actually matter, through coaching, retreats, adventures, and keynotes that build real behavior change, not just another workshop.

So today, take a second to laugh, breathe, and reset. Sometimes the bravest leadership move on a Wednesday is to put one ball down, savor the moment, and then move forward with intention.

One minute. That's all it takes to shift the energy of an entire room. 🙌

Most leaders jump straight to the agenda — and miss the moment that actually builds culture.

Try this before your next meeting → ask your team: "What's one thing going well for you right now?"

One sentence each. That's the 60-Second Kindness Reset.

Kindness isn't soft. It's a strategy. 🏔️

Save this for your next meeting and let me know how it goes 👇

Charlie White didn't start Move Mountains because he wanted to teach leadership theory. He started it because he saw good people burning out under the weight of performed perfection.

Over a decade of working with executives, Charlie noticed a recurring pattern: the higher a leader rises, the thinner the air gets. The feedback stops. The isolation grows. And the pressure to have all the answers creates a heavy, invisible armor.

Charlie’s work isn't about teaching leaders how to be smarter. It’s about teaching them how to drop the armor. Because the moment a leader is willing to say, "I don't have all the answers," they give their entire team permission to do the hard, honest work that actually moves the needle.

Leadership is heavy. You don't have to carry it alone.

Most leadership programs fail. Not because the content is wrong, but because they are solving for the wrong problem.

You can send a leader to a three-day offsite. They can fill a binder with insights. They can learn exactly how to give constructive feedback. But when they get back to the office, and a project is failing, and their direct report is defensive—they won't use the binder.

They will default to whatever their nervous system is used to doing under pressure.

Knowing you should stay grounded doesn’t make you grounded. The gap between insight and action lives in your nervous system, not your intellect.

If you want your leaders to change how they show up, you have to stop giving them more frameworks to memorize, and start giving them the capacity to choose their response when the pressure is on.

That is what our team strives to build.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

As a company, we are deeply grateful for their sacrifice, for the families who carry that loss, and for the freedoms we are able to live and work under because of them.

This Memorial Day, we remember with respect, humility, and gratitude.

Most leaders are obsessed with the summit.

The title. The revenue target. The market position.

And while goals matter — the leaders who actually move mountains are the ones who fall in love with the climb. The hard conversations. The team that doubts the vision. The quarter that humbles you. The offsite where everything finally clicks.

After years of coaching executives and leadership teams, here's what we know to be true:

The mountain doesn't care about your org chart.

It rewards clarity. It demands honesty. It exposes the gaps between who you are as a leader and who your team needs you to be.

That gap? That's where the real work begins.

We're Move Mountains — and we exist for leaders who are ready to close that gap. Through executive coaching, team retreats, and keynotes rooted in the belief that elevation changes everything, we help organizations do the hard, meaningful work of building teams that last.

🏔️ Based in Lake Tahoe. Built for leaders everywhere.

If you're navigating a big leadership challenge right now, drop a 🏔️ in the comments. We see you — and we've got something coming for you.

Culture isn’t a poster on the wall or a value in a handbook. It’s what we tolerate, what we repeat, and what we reward—especially when no one’s watching.

Leadership development starts here:

If you want a better culture, model it first.
If you see a gap, name it with respect.
If someone does it right, reinforce it in real time.

Because the truth is simple: your title doesn’t determine your impact—your actions do.

What’s one small habit you’re committing to this week to strengthen your team’s culture?
