Well, you're in luck because Lita (Officially Lita Bida Boda Butt) is taking applications!

This young (approx 4 yr old) mare has made such wonder progresss and is ready for her person. Her past is a mystery and she is looking to the future. She was roaming Michigan unhandled and very fearful. After an adventure filled day, Horses Haven was able to catch her and off to WV for training she went.

Haltering
Leading
Being caught in a field
Flyspray
Farrier care
Grooming
Begging for scratches

Things Lita is working hard on (and needs a confident intermediate level adopter or one working with a trainer to succeed)

Lunging
Bathing
Trailer loading (unloading takes a few minutes)
Confidence with strangers
Social skills in a herd

If you dont want your horse laying around like a sloth all winter, send us a message today to get your fall/winter training booked. We have one stall potentially opening in October. Anything from unhandled horses, horses with problems in a area, horses who need started under saddle, confidence building or weight/wound rehab.

Are the kids off to college and your feeling the "empty nest"? Been single a while and a bit lonely? Or perhaps wishing you had some help around the barn?

If so, Slick is here to save the day! If you're wanting someone who will follow you around the field every step, ensure the water troughs are filled just right, breathe hot air down your back when you are hard at work, or snore so loud the neighbors may complain, then look no further!!

This sweet guy is by Outlaw Enterprise who's offspring cleaned house at the NSBA World Championship Show 2026 He is out of a wonderful TB mare and is going to be a TALL glass of water. As a 2025 model he leads, loads, ties, enjoys being groomed, is polite for the farrier and loves a bath and playing in the hose on a hot day! He will meet you at the gate to be caught every time and enjoys being pampered with spray bottles and ALL the brushes.

He has been raised slow and right and enjoys hanging in front of a good fan during the day and jamming to whatever music you have on, but is ready to get more serious about life.
He recently hauled to his first show for experience and was quiet and a gentleman the whole time.

Located in Northern WV, he is ready to head to your barn and be your bestie! Priced low 5's.
