THURSDAY TOWN TRIPPER Independence, Ore. May 9, 2024. She's back. Tattoo artist and entrepreneur Kylee Halama has returned to Independence from Monmouth, where she has traded a Main Street location there to one on C Street in downtown Independence. Her shop, A New Leaf, has the same ambience, owing to her creative decorating--and to her always warm and welcoming presence, of course.
