🌕 A gentle reminder, beautiful souls…

Our Sturgeon Full Moon Circle is this Friday, August 28. ✨

If you’ve been feeling the pull to slow down, exhale, release, and reconnect with yourself, this is your invitation.

We’ll gather beneath the Full Moon for a gentle evening of somatic movement, guided meditation, release ritual, sound healing, intention-setting, and sacred connection.

Come exactly as you are. 🤍

Bring a journal, blanket, water, and an open heart.

I can’t wait to sit beneath the moon with you. 🌿🌕✨

Friday, August 28 • 6:30 PM

Come as you are. Leave more you.

We help women remember that they are the medicine—using microdo$ing, embodiment, and nervous system alignment as the path home.

🌿 Imbolc Blessing — The Sacred Stirring

May this moment between seasons
hold you gently.
May you honor the quiet stirring beneath the surface—
the ideas not yet spoken,
the dreams still wrapped in warmth,
the parts of you that are slowly remembering how to trust again.
As the light begins its return,
may it find you exactly where you are,
not asking you to be more,
only inviting you to be present.
Bless the womb of creation within you—
the space that knows when to rest
and when to rise.
May you soften into patience,
knowing that nothing meant for you
will miss you.
May the flame of Imbolc
rekindle your intuition,
cleanse old heaviness,
and illuminate the next gentle step—
not the whole path,
just the next true one.
May you feel held by the Earth,
guided by your inner wisdom,
and supported by unseen allies
who walk with you as the days grow brighter.
You are becoming—
and that is enough.
So it is.
So it unfolds. ✨🔥

🌱 Imbolc Blessing — Returning to the Light
May this season of Imbolc
softly awaken what has been resting within you.
As the earth stirs beneath frozen soil,
may your inner flame begin to glow again—
not rushed, not forced,
but steady and true.
May you honor the womb space of creation—
the sacred pause,
the breath before becoming.
May you trust that even in stillness,
life is organizing itself in your favor.
May the light of returning days
warm your bones, your heart, your vision.
May old doubts melt like frost at sunrise,
making space for clarity, gentleness, and devotion to self.
Bless the hands that nurture,
the heart that feels deeply,
and the intuition that knows when to rest
and when to rise.
May you remember:
you do not need to bloom yet—
you only need to believe
that you will.
And as Brigid’s flame is rekindled,
may your own sacred fire be tended with love,
fed with truth,
and protected with compassion.
So it is.
So it begins. ✨🔥
