The Ideal Method We offer a unique approach to healing by offering Reiki, Biofield Tuning and techniques from the Eden Method. Our services are for people and pets alike.

We serve people worldwide by providing distance (phone sessions) and in-person sessions in our office located in Independence, Ohio.

‘The Ideal Method’ is a unique blend of energy healing modalities,to help bring your body and mind into a deep state of relaxation to release stress and begin the process of self- repair. By recognizing the need to rejuvenate and gifting ourselves the time to heal,
