Arieals Active Arts I strive to be an ambassador for nature, fitness, health, creativity, growth & high-vibe water. The rivers have been some of my greatest teachers.

I have a passion for skiing, movement, aerial arts, running rivers and being in nature. I'm a total nerd & love to read, listen to audiobooks & continually strive to summon the greatest part of myself through books, character development & river plunges. We are "bodies of water", in constant fluctuation. Powerful, graceful, fluid & water IS life. I hope to inspire others to reduce plastic pollutio
