Sorry it’s been a little while since we’ve posted! 🐾 The fam has been hard at work, and we’ve had a little new addition since May! 🐶

We’ve been busy growing, learning, and making memories together. Today, we’re enjoying our first Bucknell game, and it’s officially one for the books! 🏈🐾

Here’s to new adventures, wagging tails, and making more memories along the way! 💙🧡

Have you used the red herring technique? 🚩 🤍💗 Use this early on in dating or when you suspect you may be dealing with someone toxic. Some will play the long game while others expose themselves earlier on.

As we continue the last day of the heat wave, please stay safe out there. Drink lots of wate. If you are facing a need for temporary cooling, please find this list that was posted for a cooling center near you.

Communities are offering free, public places to cool off for those who need them.

Your body is allowed to feel safe again. 🌿

If you’ve been living in survival mode for a long time, safety can feel unfamiliar… even uncomfortable.

That doesn’t mean it isn’t available to you.
Your nervous system learned to protect you.
It adapted in the ways it needed to.

And now, gently… at your own pace…
you can begin to show it something new.

Not by forcing.
Not by pushing.
But by creating small moments of safety—
a breath, a pause, a grounded connection.

Healing doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens in these quiet, steady returns.
You are allowed to feel safe again. 🤍

With warmth,

Janet 🩷
