Join us on Sunday, June 21st for our Summer Solstice Soundbath! And to celebrate fathers, you can bring your dad along for free!

June 21st is the summer solstice - the longest day of the year which marks the start of summer and represents a time of illumination and abundance.

The word solstice means "sacred pause" and to celebrate, we will be taking a sacred pause with our soundbath at 4pm. Restorative Yin Yoga follows at 5:30pm.

Take a pause with us and celebrate personal growth, set intentions, and embrace your inner radiance.

Grab your dancing shoes and get ready for our new class - Beginner Ballroom Dancing!

Whether you're a ballroom enthusiast or curious to learn more, this class has something for everyone!
We'll dance, learn some steps, and get you moving.

Special shoes are not needed - socks or shoes that will enable you to slide will work. No advance registration or a partner needed.

And the best part - you can try it for FREE on Thursday, July 2nd!

The new moon is a beautiful time to set intentions, reset, and take care of yourself. — This Sound Bath with offer space for you to relax and immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal bowls and an ocean drum. 🌻 Wear comfortable clothing— all additional props will be provided, however, you are welcome to bring your own! Please plan to arrive 15-minutes prior to the start of the session to prepare your space and comfortably settle in.
