The Warrior Way Birth Festival is less than a month away and I wanna thank & for being a sponsor. Tahlia is an amazing soul & channel. She spreads her light wherever she goes & inspired me to host more events. We will raffle off a Birth Companion Journal, Birth Plan, Free Support Training & more. RSVP for 2 free raffle tickets. 💡 : add a segment to your shower to delegate who will help out during the first few weeks!

- 2-3 weeks of meals

- running errands

- watching the baby while you rest

- caring for the kids (bathing, playing,babysitting/bus/daycare drop off)

- cleaning up!!!

Families and friends with all these skills, interests, and degrees…Use it for the goodness of your people ✨

If you don’t have that kind of support, save your coins or money from the baby shower to hire a postpartum doula. It’ll sooo be worth it. ❤️ Proper rest and healing is what you deserve .
