What happens when you’re no longer where you were, but you’re not quite sure what comes next?
At the Threshold: Exploring Identity, Purpose & Belonging in Transitional Times is an 8-week group at the Christian Theological Seminary Counseling Center for adults 18+ navigating seasons of transition.
Career changes. Relationship shifts. Loss. New beginnings. Questions about identity, purpose, belonging, or simply, Where am I going from here?

Through meaningful conversation, shared reflection, and expressive arts practices, participants will explore the relationships, resources, choices, values, and uncertainties that often emerge during times of change. No art experience is needed.

📅 October 15–December 10, 2026
(8 sessions, skipping Thanksgiving on November 26)
📍 CTS Counseling Center, Indianapolis
💛 $25 total for all 8 weeks

This is a closed, process-oriented group, so participants will move through the eight weeks together.

A new chapter for this page

Hi friends and family,

I’m gently shifting this page as I begin a new professional chapter. In August 2026, I will begin my counseling practicum at the Counseling Center, a clinical training center that offers affordable mental health counseling.

Counseling services are provided by graduate counseling interns, like me, under clinical supervision as part of our master’s-level training toward state licensure.

The Counseling Center welcomes people seeking support with stress, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, family challenges, life transitions, identity questions, and the many emotional struggles that are part of being human.

To get started, clients complete a brief phone intake request. The call takes about 10 minutes and helps the center gather basic information, the reason for counseling, availability, and household income for the sliding-scale fee. After that, clients are matched with a counseling intern. You may request me by name, though matching depends on availability and center policy.

Because of ethical boundaries, I may not be able to counsel close friends or family directly. But I would be grateful if you shared this with someone who may be looking for affordable counseling support this fall.

Appointments begin after August 29, 2026.
