Today I learned one of the biggest lessons I've learned in a long time...
I spent 4 hours creating the "perfect" daily routine. By the time I finished, I was already 4 hours behind.
The old me would've said, 'I'll just start tomorrow.'
Instead, I asked myself a different question:
"What does Future Me need most in the next 30 minutes?"
The answer wasn't to catch up.
It was to begin from where I was.
That's the heart of "Do It Anyway."
Progress isn't about doing everything perfectly. It's about showing up for yourself, even when the day doesn't go according to plan.
