Congratulations to our 1st OperationU Challenge Runner Up🔥🔥🔥

She started this journey with us and came into the challenge with never being able to drop weight like this for over a year‼️ Her scale didn’t move for months and she her mindset wasn’t as strong as it is now! She pushed herself through sickness and all we heard no complaints. Once again we are VERY VERY PROUD OF HER!💪🏾

And just like that our first challenge is finished! ✅✅✅

To say we had phenomenal results, this challenge would be an understatement‼️‼️‼️We lost track of how many times we said, WOW they are really putting in the work!

We are so proud of all 30 ladies who did our Challenge. You not only pushed yourselves but encouraged others along the way and that’s what it’s all about! Committing to a happier and healthier you WAS THE GOAL & y’all rocked it!!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Shamika started this journey with us committed to herself to training and a healthier lifestyle. She was shy at first, but when she understood the program she opened up and engaged more.
