Our Knox Care Center Sets the Gold Standard! CMS launched its new Risk-Based Survey (RBS) designed for higher-performing skilled nursing facilities and uses fewer surveyors, a smaller resident sample, and takes about half the time of a traditional survey.

Nationwide, 1,699 of 14,690 skilled nursing facilities qualified, representing about 11.6% of facilities across the country. Our Gold Trophy is "ON" our CMS and Nursing Home Compare website profiles! We cannot thank our staff and community enough!

We were honored to have Vivian Smith and her family as part of our Richmond Care Center community. During her stay, their daily visits brought warmth and joy to our team.

When the family asked if their granddaughter could be married here so Vivian could attend, our staff came together to make it happen. The courtyard ceremony was filled with love and togetherness, moments we’ll always cherish.

Though we said goodbye to Vivian in August, the memories and bonds we built will remain in our hearts. 💖
