Are you ready to bring some balance and harmony into your life?
Well, you’re in luck because I’ve got five super simple techniques to help you start balancing your chakras NOW!

🧘‍♂️ #1: Chakra Meditation: Your Mini Vacation for the Mind

Chakra meditation is like a spa day for your energy centers. Here’s a simple technique I use all the time:
Find a quiet, comfortable place to sit.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
Starting at your root chakra (located at the base of the spine), visualize a red spinning wheel of energy.
As you inhale, imagine this wheel becoming brighter and clearer.
As you exhale, visualize any negativity or blockages being released.
Spend about a minute on each chakra, moving up through the body:
Sacral (see orange in the lower abdomen)
Solar Plexus (see yellow in the upper abdomen)
Heart (see green at the center of the chest)
Throat (see blue at the throat)
Third Eye (see indigo between the eyebrows)
Crown (see violet or white on the top of the head)
I remember when I first started practicing this. I was skeptical, thinking, “How can sitting and visualizing colors make a difference?” But let me tell you, after just a week of doing this for 10 minutes a day, I felt more centered and calm than ever!

🌈 #2: Color Therapy: Painting Your World with Chakra Colors

Each chakra has its own color, and you can use these in your daily life to give your energy centers a little boost. It’s like wearing your favorite outfit – it just makes you feel good!
Root Chakra (Red): Wear red socks or underwear for grounding.
Sacral Chakra (Orange): Eat orange foods like carrots or oranges to boost creativity.
Solar Plexus Chakra (Yellow): Decorate your workspace with yellow flowers for confidence.
Heart Chakra (Green): Spend time in nature surrounded by green plants for emotional balance.
Throat Chakra (Blue): Wear a blue scarf or necklace to enhance communication.
Third Eye Chakra (Indigo): Use indigo-colored crystals during meditation for intuition.

🌹 Raspberry Rosewater White Chocolate Truffles

If you love everything rose - and I do - you'lI absolutely adore everything about these gorgeous, decadent little treats.

Ingredients:
• 10.5 oz / 300 g white chocolate, chopped into small bits
• 1/4 cup / 1/2 stick / 55 g / 1.9 oz unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 3 tbsp rosewater
• 1/2 cup / 60 g / 2 oz freeze-dried raspberries
• 1/2 cup / 50 g / 1.8 oz powdered (confectioners’/icing) sugar for dusting

Directions:
(1) Crush the raspberries. Using a food processor or blender, pulse the freeze-dried raspberries into fine crumbs.
(2) Melt the chocolate. Add the white chocolate and butter into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in the microwave set to medium-high in 30-second intervals until the chocolate has completely melted. Stir between each interval until perfectly combined. Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
(3) Make and chill the mixture. Add the ground raspberries and rosewater, and whisk until well blended but avoid adding too much air into the mix. Cover with cling film and make sure to place the cling film right on the surface. Allow to come to room temperature before putting the mixture into the refrigerator to firm up for 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Some of the butter might separate. Simply stir to incorporate back into the mixture.
(4) Form the truffles. Use a small cookie scoop to form 1-tbsp sized balls of truffle mixture. Roll each rosewater truffle in powdered sugar until evenly coated. If the truffle mixture becomes too warm to be handled, refrigerate it to firm up again. (5) Set the truffles on a plate lined and let them chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to an hour.

Yes, Lilacs are edible! And they taste just as good as they smell! Lilacs are one of the first spring edibles to bloom, but only for about two weeks! Take advantage of their brief season by grabbing a few handfuls of fresh flowers and adding them directly to a pitcher of Lemonade. Allow flowers to infuse overnight and in the morning, strain out the flowers and enjoy!! They also make a delicious simple syrup🌿

Make sure your lilac flowers are harvested from areas that are free of pesticides and chemicals.🚫☣️

Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and maple syrup (if using).
