Over the next few months, they’ll gain hands-on experience across the co-op, whether they’re out in the field, working with our energy team, exploring the world of marketing, or learning how we prioritize safety every step of the way.

Before the sun’s up and long after it sets, she’s packing lunches, teaching work ethic, fixing what’s broken, and showing up when it matters most. In the field, in the office, in the 4-H stands, at the kitchen table.
