🎒💜 3rd Annual Back-to-School Picnic — THANK YOU! 💗🎉

The event was WELL worth the wait! After all the planning, preparation, and even having to wait a little longer than expected, seeing the smiles on the children’s faces made every bit of it worth it. 🥹❤️

A HUGE THANK YOU to every supporter, donor, volunteer, family, and participant who helped make our 3rd Annual Back-to-School Picnic such a wonderful day! We truly could not have done this without you.

The children had a BALL enjoying snow cones 🍧, fresh popcorn 🍿 with ALL the fixings, cotton candy 🍭, food, fun, and fellowship!

A special shoutout to Pops and Jahceon for assembling and getting all of our concession machines ready to go! And we have to give Jahceon his flowers because he is officially our concessions worker! 😂👏🏾 FOUR YEARS IN A ROW and he steps right into his position every single time with NO hesitation! We appreciate you, Jahceon! 💜

And an extra-special thank you to Lauretha, Ms. Williams, Ronnie, Ms. Johnson (my mother ❤️), and my wonderful cousin Ivery for rolling up your sleeves and helping with setup, cleanup, and everything in between. Your time and willingness to help meant more than you know.

Events like this don’t happen because of one person. They happen because people show up, pitch in, donate, support, volunteer, and believe in creating special memories for our families and children.

This was made possible because of YOU ALL. 💕🙏🏾

💜 IMPORTANT WAIVER UPDATE FOR INDIANA WAIVER PARTICIPANTS 💜

⏰ ACTION REQUIRED BY JULY 15!

As part of Indiana’s Waiver Case Management Reset, all waiver participants and guardians must select a Case Management Organization (CMO) by July 15.

If you do not choose a Case Management Organization by the deadline, one will be automatically assigned to you.

Your Case Manager plays an important role in helping you:
✔ Coordinate services
✔ Develop and monitor your ISP
✔ Connect to community resources
✔ Advocate for your needs and goals
✔ Ensure waiver services continue without interruption
