Massage therapy & chiropractic care are like peanut butter & jelly.

While both are great on their own, when they are utilized together it’s a delicious combination.

I often suggest chiropractic care to my massage therapy clients as well as utilizing chiropractic for my family because I know the benefits.

This article highlights why chiropractic works and the importance for overall wellness. In this study by Dr Henry Winsor, he finds that the majority of ailments are linked to misalignments in the spine.

If you want hard evidence to bring to your doctor or to a loved one on the benefits of chiropractic, this is a great start!
