Some dreams are best served one course at a time. ❤️
Today, we had the honor of surprising Bill, an Arlington Place resident and former military chef, with an experience that spoke straight to his heart — a four-course fine dining experience shared with his son.
For someone who spent so much of his life creating memorable meals for others, it was Bill’s turn to sit back, be served, and enjoy every bite. The menu included a delicious prime rib dinner and, of course, we couldn’t finish the evening without Bill’s favorite — chocolate cheesecake. 🍫
We also made it official and named Bill Arlington Place’s Honorary Culinary Expert — because when you have a chef in the house, you’d better put that expertise to good use!
But the best part wasn’t what was on the plates. It was seeing a father and son sitting across the table from one another, sharing a beautiful meal, stories, and time together.
Bill, thank you for the meals you’ve prepared, the people you’ve served, and the memories you’ve created along the way. Today, it was our privilege to create one for you. ❤️
